Cases: Vascular surgical patients receiving endovascular procedures; hybrid OR experience in endovascular procedures required (EVAR, TEVAR, aortagram, peripheral runoffs); skills include left/right heart catheterization, PCI, PTCA, TAVR, IVC filter placement, Rotablator atherectomy, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Impella insertion, ECMO, ASD Closures, Cardiac Stent Placement, Perform EKG lead placement, Room circulator, Scrub/sterile field maintenance 3. Certifications: ARRT R required; BLS required; ACLS required; CCI RCIS required; must be AHA or equivalent 4. License: State license required; pending state license NOT accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, 06:30-17:00; on-call required 1-2 days per week and 1 weekend per month; 1 weekend per month required; no floating within facility or to sister facilities 8. RTO: RTO cannot be included in the contract per Baycare policy; verbal approval only from manager; if traveler is not okay with verbal-only approval, remove from consideration 9.
