- Description:7.27 START DATE General CommentsHospital: Reston Hospital Location: Reston Address:1850 Town Center Parkway Reston VA Unit Name: CVICU Building: Cost Center: 65006 General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 4 Patient Ratios : 1:1 immediate post surgical, 1:2 POD 1-3 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Primary Nursing Type of equipment Documentation system: Meditech Expanse Scheduling requirements: 36 hours, 3 weekend shifts every 4 weeks Floating policy: Will take same ratio as unit floated to Patient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics- Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: 1-2 years of fresh cardiac surgery patients with direct primary recovery Advanced skills needed: ACLS, Balloon pump, impella training, hemosphere or acumen trained Procedures performed on unit: New cardiac surgery program launch Certifications Required: ACLS Dress Code: (Required uniform) Navy Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
