- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required 2. Cases: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab procedures including Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Right heart catheterization, Rotablader athrectomy, Scrub Procedures 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT, RCIS required; AHA and Red Cross only - RQI cards not accepted 4. License: IL license required in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days (0630-1900); on-call required as needed; will work 2-3 weekends per contract 8. RTO: Auto-approve 5 or less days of non-holiday RTO; anything more requires facility approval; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Previous Perm/PRN candidates must be separated for 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no radius for this position 11. Background: Background check hits must be noted upon submission for approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours; completed pre-start, renewed annually; strict deadlines with potential termination if not completed by 4PM CST on Day 1 13.
