- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Split lab rotating between Cardiac, Vascular, and Interventional Radiology; extensive procedural skills required including Cardiac Cath, PCI, IABP, Impella, TIPS, Embolization, and Interventional Radiology procedures 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and ARRT R or CCI RCIS required 4. License: GA RN license or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 9-10 call shifts per 6-week schedule including weekends; floats within facility/scope of practice including Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology as needed 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; ALL RTO must be finalized at time of submission; no RTO or schedule requests permitted post-offer or onsite. If 1-2 holidays fall during assignment, no holiday RTO can be requested; if 3 holidays fall during assignment, 1 holiday RTO may be considered 9. Returning Staff: Perm/Per Diem/FCSS must be away from all Piedmont facilities for 1 full year before applying as a traveler; if canceled or facility DNR, traveler must complete one assignment outside Piedmont before reapplying and ensure profile reflects all time worked at Piedmont Health 10.
