Certifications: BLS required; compliance requirements include Basic Math exam, OR Competency exam, OR skills, CORE exams, No-Medication exam or NIHSS 4. License: Compact or KY State License required at time of submission; no licensure hits accepted — submissions with license hits will be rejected 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday schedule; call 6:30p-7a during the week; 7a Saturday through 7a Monday on weekends; 40-minute response time; rotating call list; first 6-week period includes 2-3 weekday calls; next 6-week period includes a weekend call 8.
