Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – RRT Pediatrics

Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12×3, 36hrs per week, EOW

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • MI RT license
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Must have PICU/PEDS/NICU experience
  • AHA BLS
  • AHA ACLS
  • AHA NRP
  • AHA PALS
  • RRT (NBRC)

  • Children’s position for NICU/PICU/Peds, but also includes adult floor therapy
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Not Required
  • Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required – Medical Exemptions Only

Must be available full orientation week

Call Requirement: None
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Certifications Required: ACLS (AHA), BLS(AHA), PALS (AHA), NRP(AHA)
Other Certification Requirements:
RRT (NBRC)
Required MI RT License
Must have PICU/PEDS/NICU experience (required)

Minimum Experience required: 1 year
Accepts first time travelers

Assignments are based on an RVU system. We typically average 38 RVUs per LRT. Our core numbers for nights is 11 LRTs.
440 bed hospital. We typically see about 15 patients per day but that is based on acuity (less patient load in ICUs).
