Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – PT Home Health

Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8×5, 40hrs per week

Length: 26 Weeks

Requirements:
  • CA License 
  • 2 years’ experience overall as a clinician
  • Minimum 1 year HH experience 
  • Previous Home Health/ Hospice experience
  • EMR: Point Care/ HCHB, experience
  • BLS

Field Staff: Monterey County Territory
Average # of patients/day: 4-6 patients per day
Points per day/week: 20-24 points weekly
Thursday- Tues, Tues-Sat, or Wed-Sun
Types of Cases: Home Health
Years of experience REQ: Min 1 year HH exp, 2 years’ experience overall as a clinician.
First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes
Weekend REQ: *Have the travel ask about On Call during Interview (Discuss upon interview)
Certs REQ: BLS and valid License in hand
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) Must be open to occasional On call rotations, discuss upon interview
Territory/County covering: 50 mile radius from hub/ office
Mileage reimbursed? IRS Standard
