Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Pharmacist Inpatient

Shift: Days / 7a-3:30p, 8×5, 40 hrs per week, EOW
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
  • AZ License
  • Minimum Years of Experience 3-5 years in acute care hospital
  • Inpatient/Acute care, Epic, pyxis experience
  • RPh required
  • Successfully completed NAPLEX 
  • BLS
  • Board certified, PharmD preferred
  • Electronic documentation, teaching hospital experience, Trauma Level 1 preferred
Other Details:
  • Local candidates are 75 miles or less
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Not Required
  • Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

Preferred Skills: Compounding Pharmacy, Dosing – Anticoagulants, cardiac dosing, clinical dosing, geriatric dosing, high risk medications, pediatric doing, pharmacokinetic dosing, psychotherapeutic management, Renal dosing, therapeutic med monitoring, warfarin dosing, Intravenous preparation – antibiotics, compounding, pre packing and sterile technique, Medication dispensing systems – Baxter, carousel system and pyxis

Additional Preferred exp: Electronic documentation, teaching hospital experience, Trauma Level 1

Weekend REQ: Every other
