Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – OR Tech – CST

Shift: Mids, 2:45p-11:15p, 8×5, 40 hrs/week, M-F with call

Length: 13 weeks

Weekend Requirement – CST’s: For the 7a-3pm & 3pm-11pm shift weekend call is required every 4th weekend, for the 11pm-7a shift weekend call requirement is variable based on needs

Holidays: 1 major/1 minor in both summer and winter months

Requirements:

• 2 Years Experience
• Must be certified
• BLS
• CST

Other Details:

• EMR: Cerner surginet
• Common types of cases : Regular OR – ortho (total joints), gyn, urology, trauma surgeries, candidates must have trauma, ortho, and general experience, ENT, general, some plastics, vascular, neuro, robotics (Da Vinci) etc they do not do transplants. CVOR – open heart, valves, thoracotomy, trauma, etc. Travelers will not be required to do CVOR procedures unless it is specifically asked for in the job requisition
• # of cases per day: 14 cases per day on average
• Ratios: 1 to1
• No floating
