RTO: Can auto approve 7 days or less if not on holiday; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays; no RTO first week; no RTO after booking allowed 9. Returning Staff: Previous Novant Health/New Hanover employees must wait 12 months; facility rehire approval needed 10. Travel/Local: Candidates under 50 miles offered lower local rate; will not accept first-time travelers 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 8-10 hours for acute care roles, non-billable, completed pre-start via online learning 13. Travel Experience: Must have at least 2 successful contracts before applying 14. Scrubs: Navy 15.
