- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: General medical surgical population, CHF, CP, Cellulitis, osteomyelitis, pancreatitis, s/p amputations, small bowel obstruction, Afib/dysrhythmias, Cancer, Palliative care 3. Certifications: MD RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIH, CPI required; BLS/ACLS/PALS must be AHA only; CPI certification required with Calm Every Storm online version as only acceptable online vendor 4. License: MD RN license or Compact License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: MS/Tele RN nights 36H, EOW, holiday requirement; on-call not required but may be called when cancelling for portion of shift 8. RTO: Must be included at time of initial submission, cannot be changed or added once offered; should not exceed 7 days; if more than 4 consecutive days, additional week added to back end of contract; one major holiday off allowed during winter season 9. Returning Staff: Former staff must be gone for 12 months before returning as traveler; return travelers must be away for at least 6 months from system 10.
