- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; will not accept first-time travelers; travel experience required 2. Cases: L&D RN; facility births/month 100-200 3. Certifications: BLS (AHA only), NRP (NRP or AAP only), STABLE required; CPI Certificate required for most units (Calm Every Storm online version only acceptable) 4. License: MD RN or Compact License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 hours, 19:30-08:00; every other weekend required; holidays required as scheduled; on-call not required; floating required within specialty 8. RTO: Must be included at initial submission, cannot be changed once offered; should not exceed 7 days; if more than 4 consecutive days, additional week added to contract; one major holiday off allowed during winter season 9.
