- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required plus 1 year of travel experience; first-timers not accepted 2. Cases: Current Critical Care, Telemetry experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, EKG Course/Telemetry test, NIHSS required 4. License: No pending state license accepted; absolutely no license hits allowed 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 nights; floating required within scope and to sister facilities up to 75 miles; no block scheduling 8. RTO: Maximum 5 days per 13 weeks; no holiday RTO allowed 9. Returning Staff: Must have minimum 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as employee to be eligible 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not accepted; address must be greater than 75 miles from facility 11. Background: Must include 2 supervisory references; any gaps of 3+ months require explanation in work history 12. Modules: 2-8 hours average; non-clinical hours billable, clinical hours non-billable; completed during orientation 13. Travel Experience: 1 year travel experience required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: EKG, IV pump scan patient med and pump Critical: Current valid driver's license or state ID plus utility bill with matching address required with submission. One submittal allowed per traveler to all Integris campuses. Patient ratio 4:1 all shifts.
