- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in a large hospital; Level 1 trauma preferred, will accept Level 2 2. Cases: DKA, GI bleed, COPD, Pneumonia, Stroke, Sepsis, Afib, Urologic complications, ESRD, Psych disorders, AMS 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; NIH stroke certification preferred; must pass online EKG tele competency assessment; EKG/Dysrhythmia exam required within 72 hours of signing 4. License: Any state RN license accepted; can apply for temp license on offer (5-10 days); compact license accepted; facility does not accept any past license action 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Must work every other weekend/holiday; 36 orientation hours; 7 weekend shifts per contract; overtime paid after 48 hours for 48-hour contracts 8. RTO: Maximum 14 days allowed; must request with initial submittal; no RTO added after offer; manager's discretion for approval 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius for nursing; locals not accepted; travel experience preferred 11. Background: Not specified 12.
