- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: STEMI; Cardiogenic shock; DKA; Craniotomy; CHF; Cardiac arrest; Sepsis 3. Certifications: ACLS-AHA, BLS and NIHSS required; must be in hand at time of submittal; cannot expire within 45 days of start date 4. License: TN/compact licensure required; must be in hand at time of submittal; cannot expire within 45 days of start date 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred, not required unless specifically noted 7. Shifts/Call: Float required; 2 weekends per month or every other weekend; 1:1 CVICU, 1:2-3 ICU ratios 8. RTO: Cannot occur within 14 days of start date; cannot exceed 7 days; no major holiday RTO requests including holiday weekends and surrounding days; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Cannot return to same campus they were permanent staff at within 24 months; can return to another campus within Covenant Health after 12 months 10.
