Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: MS/Tele experience required; care of patients post PCI, pacemakers, AICDs, post MI, and cardiac pharmacologic interventions 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; must include valid NIHSS in submission if available 4. License: Active New York Single State RN license required in hand to submit (NY is not Compact) 5. Education: Foreign education must be verified - alert account manager at submittal 6. EMR: EPIC experience is a hard requirement 7. Shifts/Call: 1900p-0700a; every other weekend; must be available every other holiday if needed; floating required within skillset 8. RTO: Cannot submit anyone with more than 10 days RTO; all requests must be included with submission 9. Returning Staff: 1 year return staff policy 10. Travel/Local: Candidates within 75 miles of facility not accepted 11. Background: Reviewed on case-by-case basis 12. Modules: Billable up to 5 hours, total may reach 10 hours; excess over 5 hours non-billable; completed pre-start via facility report 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any combination of navy blue and white 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: IV therapy/phlebotomy, blood product administration, cardiac monitoring, nasal cannula, oxygen administration, wound vac Critical: Patient ratios 1:5 (1:7 for MedSurg). Client may cancel up to three shifts during 13-week contract without charges.
