Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum experience required 2. Cases: Adult Acute Care; CT Simulation, Custom Molds, Custom Shield, MRI, PET Scan, Tumor Localization, Beam Modifying/Positioning, Block cutting, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, Wedges, Calculate dose of radiation, External Beam Therapy, IMRT, Simulation of Treatment Sites, CT/iCT 3. Certifications: BLS and ARRT T required 4. License: NC or Compact license required in hand at time of start 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: ARIA system; Epic is most common 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s (M-F 08:00-17:00, occasionally 09:00-18:00) or 4x10s; no call requirement; no weekend requirement 8. RTO: 7 days maximum for auto approval (not on holidays); must work 2 out of 3 major holidays; no RTO during first week 9. Returning Staff: Previous PERM/PRN/EP staff must wait 12 months before applying as traveler; facility rehire approval needed 10. Travel/Local: Candidates under 50 miles offered lower local rate; first time travelers accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable; Non-Acute roles 4-5 hours; must be completed pre-start; recorded via online learning, Zoom, webinar, and in-person classes 13.
