- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first timers okay; prior charge experience required for these openings 2. Cases: Med-Surg/discharge 12 bed unit, Med-Surg/Tele float for four 23 bed units, Med-Surg float 4 bed unit 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI required; for PICU, PEDS & RRT submittals must have copy of NRP cert with submissions 4. License: Compact accepted at submittal but must have AK license prior to starting for Acute specialties 5. Education: Not specified 6.
