- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Level 1 experience desired, plus 3 years recent experience in OR; 2 years experience required in specialty 2. Cases: Total Joints, Ortho Spine, Gyn, and MIS required; variety of specialty areas; level 1 trauma experience required for most units 3. Certifications: BLS required; Basic Math exam, OR Competency exam, OR skills, CORE exams, No-Medication exam or NIHSS required 4. License: Compact or KY State License required at time of submission; will not accept any licensure hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 630p-7a during week, 7a Sat through 7a Monday on weekend, 40 min response time, 2-3 calls per 6 week period initially, then weekend call next 6 week period; PACU call 8PM-6AM weekdays, 1 hour response time 8.
