- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 5 years previous sterile processing experience required 2. Cases: Level II trauma or similar facility experience required; serves 18 surgical ORs, 2 L&D ORs, cath lab, and clinics 3. Certifications: IASCHM, CBSPD, or HSPA required at hire; CRCST or CSPDT required at hire and maintained; specialty-relevant certification must be sent at submission 4. License: Oregon CNA license must be in hand at submission; Oregon RN license not required at submission (pending okay) 5. Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred 6. EMR: Epic charting experience is a hard stop requirement 7. Shifts/Call: Night shift with weekend rotations 8. RTO: Must be finalized at time of submittal; additional RTO requests may result in removal or contract cancellation 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent employees may not submit for 6 months after employment termination 10. Travel/Local: May float within hospital or to West Valley Hospital approximately 15 minutes away; refusing to float may result in contract cancellation 11. Background: License/background hits require detailed written statement; reviewed case-by-case; ineligible for 90-day temp license waiver 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 8 hours; completed pre-start and annually; recorded by facility report; separate from NBO 13. Travel Experience: Required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
