- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year recent MedSurg experience required; 3+ years required for CPU; 2 years required for MTs and LPNs 2. Cases: MedSurg Ortho/Neuro/Peds floor; Patient Diagnoses: Med/Surg Ortho/Neuro 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Valid license required; will not hire without license; if pending must have proof process is underway 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Nights; EOW; Patient ratios 6:1 days and nights; Weekend coverage required 8. RTO: Minimal to no RTO (must be included on submission); must be minimal especially around holidays 9.
