- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year recent MedSurg experience required; 3+ years required for CPU; 2 years required for MTs and LPNs 2. Cases: Oncology experience highly preferred; experience with higher patient ratios required (1:6 or 1:7) 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Valid license required; will not hire without license; if pending, must have proof process is underway 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner & Soarian experience required 7. Shifts/Call: EOW; 3x12 preferred, will consider 4x12s; weekend coverage required 8. RTO: Minimal to no RTO (must be included on submission); must be minimal especially around holidays 9.
