Requirements
- Required certification: Speech Language Pathologist
- 1+ years of experience
- Unit Notes:Bill Rate net 1.75% due to state taxes. Graduate of an approved program of Speech, Hearing Science and Language Development and Disorders. Minimum of a Master s degree preferred. mileage will be reimbursed at the GSA standard EXPERIENCE One year clinical experience in an acute care setting desired. LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS Licensed in Washington as a Speech/Language Pathologist at the clinical level. Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred. BLS certification. WHAT: Home Health SLP WHERE: Port Angeles and Sequim STATUS: Full Time/1.0 FTE SHIFT: Day Shift, Weekends/Holidays TIMEFRAME: 3 Month Temporary Assignment Cancellation Policy:1 shift every 4 weeks Charting System:EPIC BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level: Care Setting:Home Health Division:Allied Shift Notes:5x8s, mileage will be reimbursed at the GSA standard Required Certifications:BLS Certification, CCC-SLP, COVID Vaccine Required
