- Unit Notes:***80-mile LOCAL Placements*** LOCAL ADJUSTED BILL RATE: -$8.00 LOCAL ADJUSTED OT BILL RATE: -$8.00 *MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.* All clinicians must badge in and out at facility Scrubs: Polo (Ceil Blue, Khaki, Gray, Chocolate Brown) or business casual. General job duties. Eval and treat variety of outpatients Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) EPIC Required skills and minimum years of experience. N/A Would prefer previous history in outpatient setting, but not required. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) CPR Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) 8:00 4:30 M-F No holiday and no weekends. Floating to over units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?) No Dress Code: Business casual Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program. I will orient the PT the first week to the department but will plan to have this therapist seeing patients within the first few days.
