- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must have NICU experience; first time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Must be able to independently intubate a neonate (not just assist) 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT required; screen if no NICU experience; call out if no NRP 4. License: WA license required to apply 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC skills required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend coverage is variable; must be open to floating to other campuses 8. RTO: Not specified 9.
