- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; 2 years nursing experience 2. Cases: Patient ratio experience 1:12-16 3. Certifications: BLS, RRT required; NRP, PALS, ACLS preferred 4. License: Pending license okay with submission, must be in-hand prior to start 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required/preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights 1800-0630; 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule 8. RTO: 2 requests per contract; RTO required with submission 9. Returning Staff: Employees must be gone for one year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 4 hours non-billable, completed during orientation via MyPath, factored in NBO 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers okay; travel experience preferred 14. Scrubs: Any color 15.
