Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required; 18 months experience required per submittal details 2. Cases: ICU with cardiac experience or CVICU; cardiac monitoring, pre/post cardiac cath, chronic/acute renal failure, CVA/acute stroke management 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH/NIHSS required; must be AHA or Red Cross only, RQI cards not accepted 4. License: Must have active IL license in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred/required (position specific) 7. Shifts/Call: Nights 1800-0630, every other weekend required, no on-call, floating 100% required 8. RTO: Auto-approve 5 days non-holiday RTO or less, must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: PERM or PRN employees must be away for 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no radius (exception: OR RNs must be 50+ miles) 11. Background: Must note background policy prior to submission to seek approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours, completed pre-start then annually; sent Friday before start, must complete by 4pm CST first day 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Royal blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16.
