- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission (conflicting information shows 2 years in compliance section) 2. Cases: 200 mammograms volume within 24-month period; experience with high volume imaging center 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT, CRT, Mammo Credential required; must include CEUS in mammo 15 units within 36-month period; provide 8 initial digital and 8 initial 3D tomo mammo; certificate from mammo training course or letter from prior employer stating formal training received 4. License: CA License IN HAND required; Nursys within 2 weeks; NO Nursys hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC, Magview required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s AM with variable start times 7:45-4:15 or 8:30-5:00pm; occasional Saturday shift required about 4-5 hours 8. RTO: Must be presented at time of submission; must be 5 days or less; pre-approved at manager's discretion 9. Returning Staff: Previous permanent staff not allowed 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile travel requirement; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified beyond no Nursys hits 12.
