Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 4 years required for submission 2. Cases: Level 2 ER/PICU/NICU- Trauma, CCU, Floor Therapy, High Acuity Population; PICU experience required (hardstop) 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CRT, NRP, PALS, RRT required; copy of NRP cert required with submission for RRT submittals or will be rejected 4. License: Compact accepted at time of submittal but must have AK license prior to starting for Acute specialties 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner required; EPIC preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; no on-call; float to CCU, Flex Unit, SDU, PEDS, PICU, PCU, FBS 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 2 years before returning as a traveler 10. Travel/Local: Minimum 100 miles radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Case by case approval 12. Modules: 4-5 hours average, billable, completed onsite during orientation and annually via HealthStream 13. Travel Experience: First-timers not accepted 14. Scrubs: Any color or pattern; L&D/OR provided by hospital 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - No Exemptions 16. Special Equipment: Servo U- V60, HFNC Critical: COVID-19 vaccine required with no exemptions. Guaranteed 36 hours per week. PICU, NICU, and Adult ICU experience preferred. Patient ratio 1:4. References required but can be submitted with pending.
