Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in multi specialties, specifically ORTHO, THORACIC, VASCULAR & ROBOTICS 2. Cases: Must have robotics/vascular/thoracics experience; excludes open heart/cardiac and neurosurgery 3. Certifications: NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) as Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required; BLS required; must be AHA or ARC only; WellSpan will NOT accept NCCT 4. License: No license hits accepted (Hard Stop) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required/heavily preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 2-3 calls within 6 week matrix with 30 minute call back response; 3-4 weekend shifts within 6 week matrix; weekends and holidays could be day, evening, or night shift; no guaranteed block scheduling 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract 9. Returning Staff: First time travelers NOT accepted 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile radius; local candidates offered at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
