- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Required skills include extremities, abdomen/GE, spine/pelvis, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal, lower extremities, upper extremities, surgery/C-Arm; preferred for neonates and infants 3. Certifications: ARRT R, BLS, Fluoro Permit required 4. License: Oregon state license required, can submit with pending 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 3 call shifts per month required; Monday-Thursday 12:30-11pm shift; block schedules required 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate; must have vehicle for assignment 11. Background: Any background hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed during orientation and annually; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
