- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required; 2 years preferred with 1 year considered case by case 2. Cases: RRT-NICU; can float to PICU & PEDS if needed 3. Certifications: BLS, PALS, NRP, RRT, NBRC, SC STATE LICENSURE required 4. License: SC state licensure required; will hire without license or with pending license 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred but not required to submit 7. Shifts/Call: Days 7A-7P; every other weekend; patient ratio 8 8.
