- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; will accept first time travelers 2. Cases: 10-15 cases daily; vascular IR including endografts, neurovascular and trauma, body IR, stroke thrombectomy procedures 3. Certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, BLS, Fluoro Permit, Indiana state license required; copies required prior to start, will accept pending certifications 4. License: Indiana state license required; pending state license accepted, must be active by start or willing to participate in Aya licensure project 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 days (0700-1530, 0800-1630 when on call); 1 day call per week with weekend call every third or fourth weekend 8. RTO: Maximum 10 days; if during holidays must work 1 of 3 holidays 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 3 years before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; will not take locals 11. Background: Nursys only 12. Modules: Up to 8 hours completed pre-start within 1 week of signing; billable up to 8 hours, average 3-8 hours, self-reported 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Provided by hospital 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: GE and Siemens Fluoro rooms preferred; must be familiar with wires and able to scrub cases Critical: Must have scrub experience and be familiar with thrombectomy devices for strokes.
