Requirements
- Required certification: Physical Therapist
- 1+ years of experience
- Unit Notes:We are a critical access hospital Skills: Outpatient and inpatient. We are a heavy ortho facility. Prefer experience with EMR EPIC. Anything else that they bring to the table is a plus. Patients are inpatients and out patients, a lot of orthopedics, some neuro, general back pain, neck pain Hours are 8:00-4:30 Monday thru Friday NO on call or weekends We do have housing available but first come first serve. Cancellation Policy:12 hours per 2 week pay period Charting System:EPIC BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level: Care Setting:Outpatient Division:Allied Shift Notes:8-4:30 Mon-Fri. Required Certifications:BLS Certification
