Requirements

- Unit Notes:HOSPITAL MANAGERS HANDLE THE INTERVIEWS ****HOUSING IS VERY DIFFICULT WITH PETS - CC MUST PUT IN A SPECIAL HOUSING FINDS PRIOR TO PLACEMENT*** - 5 visits per 8 hr day. 40 hours per week. M-F - 5 cases per day on average - Chartin System - Netsmart (formerly Allscripts) - OR license required at time of submit - Other screening tips - we need someone who is a fast learner, self-starter, able to get up to speed quickly. Cancellation Policy:Can cancel 1 shift or 8, 9, 10 or 12 hrs for 12 weeks or less. 2 shifts or 16, 18, 20, 24 hrs for 13 18-weeks. 3 shifts or 24, 27, 30, 36 hrs for over 19 weeks. The number of hours a traveler can be cancelled will depend on shift/contract length. Charting System:EPIC BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level:3 Care Setting:Home Health Division:Allied Shift Notes:8 or 10 hr shifts- will be traveling to patients homes for therapy sessions- will be compensated for mileage- 0.70 cents a mile Required Certifications:BLS Certification
