Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required 2. Cases: IV trained and experienced with hazardous and non hazardous preparations preferred 3. Certifications: Chemo/Hazardous Drug, CPHt, IV Certification; AHA or ARC only; PA state license required by law and must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: PA state license required; no license hits accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience heavily preferred; Pyxis experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 40 hours per week between 6a-7p; every 3rd or 4th Saturday (8a-4:30p); no call requirements 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50 miles radius; local candidates offered at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable, generally take 5-6 hours to complete; completed pre-start 13.
