- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years minimum required 2. Cases: Must have trauma and robotics experience; highly prefer thoracic and vascular experience; must be proficient in robotics, orthopedics, general, GYN, urology, bariatrics, ENT, plastics, vascular, thoracic (excluding cardiac and open heart), and trauma 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be AHA or ARC only 4. License: No license hits accepted (hard stop) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience heavily preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s or 3x12s available; 2-3 calls within 6 week matrix with 30-minute response required; 3-4 weekend shifts within 6 week matrix; floating as needed; holidays as needed 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50 miles radius; local candidates offered at lower rate; previous travel experience required 11.
