- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 1st timers accepted 2. Cases: Level 2 trauma including gunshot wounds, car accidents; Davinci Robots, hybrid room for vascular cases, ENT specialty, general surgery, orthopedic trauma, eye surgery, gynecology including Gyn oncology; NO open-heart surgery or organ transplants 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; PALS listed in skills 4. License: GA or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Approximately 7 days/month plus holidays; 24-hour call on weekends; every third weekend 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; must be finalized at time of submission; no post-offer requests 9. Returning Staff: Internal staff must be away from all Piedmont facilities for 1 full year; return travelers must complete one assignment outside Piedmont if cancelled or DNR 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, completed during orientation, vary by specialty, recorded via transcripts 13.
