- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required (inpatient endo, pacu, preop); preferred Phase I PACU, Phase II Recovery, Ambulatory/Outpatient, and prior charge experience 2. Cases: Inpatient endo, PACU, preop procedures required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required 4. License: DC RN Licensure required (pending DC licensure accepted but must have applied and have in hand prior to start date) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: M-F 4x10 days with staggered start times (0730-1800 and 0800-1830); no on-call, weekends, or holidays 8. RTO: No RTO permitted during first two weeks; maximum 7 days per 13-week contract; must be included at submittal 9. Returning Staff: Previous MedStar employees must be separated minimum one year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11.
