Requirements

- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years PACU required; Phase I and II experience required; Ophthalmology experience required 2. Cases: Ophthalmology (hard stop), orthopedics, cataracts, general surgery, robotic surgery, plastic surgery, podiatry, GYN, breast surgeries 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, PALS required 4. License: CA license must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; facility uses Meditech for charting 7. Shifts/Call: Post shift call required 1800-2100, frequency varies by department need 8. RTO: Must be included at submission; 7-day offers for both Aya and client; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment with location and dates 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits at submission; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: Average 16 hours, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted with 5 years PACU experience (hard stop) 14. Scrubs: RN - Royal Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown; COVID-19 vaccine not required 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: LA fire card within last 30 days required. Two references covering 1 year within last 3 years required. Must float between all facilities within state.
