Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Adults, Geriatrics 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; CPI Blue Card from Crisis Prevention Institute required for ER nurses (MAB or Online CPI not accepted); all required certs must be in-hand when applying 4. License: Valid CA State License required in-hand when applying; EMSA not accepted; no Nursys or background hits accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required; must be noted in traveler's work history 7. Shifts/Call: Tuesday-Friday 7:30-6pm (10 hour shifts) 8. RTO: No RTO within first two weeks; max 7 days per 13-week contract; all RTO must be on submittal and cannot be changed; screenshot of traveler confirming RTO required when applying 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone minimum 1 year to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; accept first time travelers 11. Background: No background hits accepted 12. Modules: 4-8 hours average; billable during orientation; completed during orientation or at home post-start; annual modules are non-billable; self-reported 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Not specified 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - No Exemptions 16.
