Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required 2. Cases: Daily Average Surgical Case Volume: 20-48. Required experience in general, ortho, ortho/spine, urology, endo/laparoscopic, neuro, gyn, neuro/spine, ophthalmology, plastics, ENT, CVOR cases including Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Carotid endarterectomy, various gynecological procedures. Department handles ENT, PLASTICS, ENDOSCOPIC PROCEDURES, GENERAL/LAPROSCOPIC SURGERY, GYNECOLOGY, NEURO/SPINE, OPTHALMOLOGY, ORAL, ORTHOPEDICS, TRAUMA, THORACIC, VASCULAR, GU/CYSTO, ORGAN PROCUREMENT, MAKO, DAVINCI procedures 3. Certifications: BLS, NBSTSA Cert required, CSFA preferred; only AHA and Red Cross certs accepted 4. License: NH State License required 5. Education: CST / HS Diploma if no CST/NBSTSA 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 12 hr Days 7a-7:30p, 36 hours; Call requirement 30 min response time, 1-3 weeknight calls and 1-3 weekend calls in 6 week schedule, may be assigned 2-3 in-house Sunday shifts, may need to cover 7p-7:30a shift for call-outs 8. RTO: Will discuss reasonable RTO per traveler at time of acceptance; include upon submission 9. Returning Staff: Former staff not accepted for any travel roles regardless of time separated; travelers not considered if former employee at any Solution Health facility in past 12 months 10. Travel/Local: Travelers within 50 miles accepted at local rate 11. Background: License hits or background hits need facility approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required; unit does not accept first-time travelers 14. Scrubs: Provided by facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Robotics and Eyes experience - if tech doesn't have experience, send as screen Critical: Must work at least one major holiday and their weekends. Drug screen required within 14 days of start. References required, may start with second pending. 7 hour orientation.
