Local travel rate for those living 60 to 80 miles from the facility (client rate will be reduced by $8.00 for those travelers). *** **please provide good interview times in submission. Manager will reach out directly to interview prior to offering** MUST Haves: 2+ years experience Strong Neuro *******ND UAP - MUST show proof of initiation of application process within 3 business days of acceptance of offer. ******* BLS (AHA) Experience working in a large hospital, level 1 trauma experience Candidate must have experience working in a busy acute care facility with more than 15 OR Suites (they have 25) Experience with robotics General job duties. Types of procedures required. Perform surgical and operating room duties as assigned according to established policies and procedures to assist the surgeon and other health care team members in providing effective surgical care. Neuro primary, but will also assist with other cases within skill set including: orthopedics, ENT, plastics, general, some trauma Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. Primary procedures completed are orthopedics, plastic surgery and ENT (pediatric and adult). Systems used: Zimmer, Depuy, Biomet, and Striker total replacements. Experience in at least one of these systems is required. Required skills and minimum years of experience. 2+ years experience Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. BLS - AHA. Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry at least one week prior to start. Shift or schedule requirements. 8, possibly 10 hour days with call 1 to 2 days a week and every 3 to 4 weekends. Will need to stay late as needed - this time is not Call Back, just an extension of the regular shift. Bed size/number of rooms/daily specimen/procedure count for this unit/dept. 25 OR suites. Average 75 to 100 cases per day - All clinicians must badge in and out at facility - Scrub Color: *Provided* Ceil Blue *Cannot take any travelers living within a 60 mile radius of the facility. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.* Cancellation Policy:Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks Charting System:EPIC BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level:1 Care Setting:Acute Division:Allied Shift Notes:1p to 9p - 40 hours per week.
