Shifts/Call: No call requirement, no weekend requirement 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: 6 months return staff policy 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate with no radius restrictions; travelers are first to float 11. Background: Must note any background hits on profile and submission prior to submission 12.
