Cases: OR cases including trauma, cancer, pediatrics, ortho/neuro, ENT, urology, dental, eye, gyn, day surgery, vascular, bariatric surgery, spine, total joints, neuro cranial/spine, breast, Ivor Lewis/Whipple procedures 3. Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred, CNOR preferred; copies required at submission 4. License: AK RN license required; must have license in hand for Auto Offer; pending license accepted (takes 10-12 weeks) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days (0645-1915 or 0900-2130); call limited to coverage for call-offs only; weekend coverage required 8. RTO: Time off approved individually upon offer; all RTO must be included in submittal; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence minimum 3 months to return as traveler; travelers can work maximum 1 calendar year then require 6-month break 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; no locals accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
