Requirements

- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum required 2. Cases: ICU level cases required - sepsis, MI, stroke, COVID, CHF, open heart, trauma 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, and LA Fire Card required (LA fire card within last 30 days) 4. License: CA license required and must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend coverage required (every other), no on-call required, float within skillset 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days for offers, must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months, must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: Under 50 miles considered local at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits upfront, no open license hits approved 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable, completed pre-start and annually, self-reported via Workramp 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required, first-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any color (L/D & OR provided by facility) 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
