- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; Level 3 NICU experience required (NITRIC oxide, Jet and Oscillator ventilation competency) 2. Cases: NICU III or IV level experience required; Neuro Trauma ICU experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CRT, NRP, PALS, RRT, PALS or ENPC, CRT or RRT required 4. License: Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission; WA LIC IN HAND 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Variable shift; weekends required every other per CBA; on-call not required; float required between departments 8. RTO: Must be listed at time of submittal; post submission RTO will NOT be approved; only one pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler; must disclose previous Providence employment 10.
