- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), Chronic myelocytic leukemia (CML), Hemoglobinopathies, Hodgkin's disease, Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, Myeloproliferative disease, Thrombotic disorders, Aplastic anemia, Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL), Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and OCN preferred 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Mon-Fri 8A-4:30P; Float required 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6 months away; current employees ineligible 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
