Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; 6 months of PET experience required (hard stop) 2. Cases: Average 6-7 PET/CT per day; General nuclear medicine studies average 9 per day (cardiacs, bone scans, renal, VQ, parathyroid, In-111 WB, etc.) 3. Certifications: ARRT(N) or NMTCB with CA license required; BLS required; PET certification not required but PET experience mandatory 4. License: CA license must be in hand; must disclose license/background hits upfront at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience highly preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Variable start times 0700-0900; 4x10s or 5x8s; post shift and rotating weekend call required; weekends may exceed every other to accommodate unit needs 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); all RTO must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment with location and dates 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower bill rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits upfront; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: Average 16 hours, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion 13.
