Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum required; 6 months of PET experience required (hard stop); first-time travelers accepted if 2+ years experience 2. Cases: Average 6-7 PET CT/day, General Nuclear Medicine studies average 9/day (cardiacs, bone scans, renal, VQ, parathyroid, In-111 WB, etc.) 3. Certifications: ARRT(N) or NMTCB with CA license required; BLS required; does not need PET cert but must have required NM cert plus PET experience 4. License: CA license must be in hand; must disclose license/background hits upfront at submission; no open license hits approved 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience highly preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Post shift and rotating weekends call required; 4x10s or 5x8s shifts; weekends may exceed every other to accommodate unit needs 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (Aya and Client offer); must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD); all RTO needs included at submission 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment with location and dates 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits upfront; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: Average 16 hours, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted if 2+ years experience 14. Scrubs: Royal Blue for general staff; L&D/OR provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Siemens experience highly preferred (SIEMENS SYMBIA SPECTCT, SIEMENS SYMBIA, SIEMENS BIOGRAPH HORIZON PETCT) Critical: LA fire card within last 30 days required. Two references covering 1 year within last 3 years required. Will float between NM and PET/CT. Must be available for call evenings and rotating weekends.
